You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
Send a clear statement to awake@sine-wave.studio. An email is enough. You may use the model form below but you do not have to.
We refund all payments within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal using the same means of payment you used. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
Awake is digital content delivered immediately. If you ask us to start delivery before the withdrawal period ends and you confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal at that moment then the right expires as soon as we send your license key.
You give both confirmations at checkout. Before that you can test Awake free for seven days without buying — the trial exists so that nobody has to buy blind.
