You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
Our reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for every order and handles refunds. Request one at paddle.net or send a clear statement to awake@sine-wave.studio and we pass it on. An email is enough. You may use the model form below but you do not have to. See also the Paddle refund policy.
We refund all payments within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal using the same means of payment you used. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
Beyond the statutory period we offer a thirty day money back guarantee. If Awake does not do what this site says then write to us within thirty days of your order and you get a full refund. No reason needed and no discussion.
Awake is digital content delivered immediately. If you ask us to start delivery before the withdrawal period ends and you confirm that you know you lose your statutory right of withdrawal at that moment then that right expires as soon as we send your license key. Our own thirty day guarantee above still applies.
You give both confirmations at checkout. Before that you can test Awake free for three days without buying — the trial exists so that nobody has to buy blind.
